Pasingoro

Terms of use

Last updated: November 4, 2026

1. The service

Pasingoro SAS provides, under the trade name Pasingoro, software assistants, including a WhatsApp customer service assistant for businesses. The service is provided to businesses that subscribe or try it; people who write to those businesses do not enter into any agreement with Pasingoro.

2. The business's responsibility

The business is responsible for how it uses the service, the content it configures and for complying with WhatsApp and Meta policies, including contacting only people who wrote to it or allowed it, and respecting anyone who asks not to be contacted.

3. Acceptable use

Pasingoro may not be used to send unsolicited messages, deceive people, impersonate another person, or for unlawful purposes. We may suspend a service that breaches these terms or WhatsApp's.

4. AI assistant

The assistant can make mistakes. Important decisions (prices, agreements, legal matters) are always made by a person at the business. The assistant introduces itself as a virtual assistant and never pretends to be a person.

5. Availability

We do our best to keep the service available, but it is provided "as is", with no guarantee of uninterrupted operation. It also depends on third-party services such as WhatsApp.

6. Data

Personal data processing is described in the privacy policy.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; the version published here is the current one.
