Privacy policy

1. Who we are and scope
Pasingoro SAS (trading as "Pasingoro", "we") provides software assistants for people and businesses. This policy explains what data we process when a person writes on WhatsApp to a business that uses Pasingoro and when a business uses our platform. In a conversation with a business, that business decides what its customer's information is used for; we process it on its behalf to provide the service.
2. Data we process
- From whoever writes on WhatsApp: phone number, profile name, date and time, the content of messages and any files they send (images, documents, audio, location, links).
- What the person tells us they are looking for: for example property type, area, budget and timing, and the outcome of the conversation (visit scheduled, closed, etc.).
- From businesses and their team: name, email and username for access, service settings and activity logs.
3. What we use it for
- Replying on behalf of the business and handing the conversation to a team member when appropriate.
- Giving the business its history, service statistics and alerts.
- Security, abuse prevention and technical support.
4. Automated assistant
Replies are generated by an artificial intelligence assistant. It never pretends to be a person: if you ask, it tells you it is a virtual assistant. A member of the business team can step in at any time and, when they do, the assistant steps back from the conversation.
5. Who we share data with
- The business you wrote to.
- Meta (WhatsApp), which delivers messages; its processing is governed by its own policies.
- Cloudflare, which provides the network and secure access to the service.
Currently the AI model runs on our own servers: we do not send conversation content to external AI providers. We do not sell personal data or use it for third-party advertising.
6. Security
Messages and files are stored encrypted; team access uses a personal account with verification; backups are encrypted; and access and important changes are logged.
7. How long we keep it
While the business uses the service and it is needed to provide it. When a business closes its account, we delete its data on request.
8. Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, correction, to object to its use, to stop us writing to you (you can also tell the assistant directly), and for your data to be deleted. See how to ask or write to [email protected].
9. Minors
The service is not directed at people under 18.
10. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will publish the new version here with its date.
