Delete your data or stop receiving messages

If you do not want to be contacted any more

Reply to the assistant with "do not write to me again" (or similar) and it will stop contacting you. You can also write to us at the email below.

If you want us to delete your data

1. Write to [email protected] with the subject "Delete my data".
2. Include the WhatsApp number you wrote from (with country code, for example +593…) and, if you know it, the business you wrote to.
3. To prevent someone else from asking to delete your data, we may ask you to confirm by writing to us from that same WhatsApp number.
4. We will delete your messages, files and related data from our systems and let you know when it is done.

Some information may remain in encrypted backups for a limited time until they are renewed, and with the business itself or WhatsApp, which have their own policies.

If you are a business and want to close your account

Write to [email protected]. We will close your service and, if you ask, delete your account data.
